We don’t charge for extra fittings. Your satisfaction matters most.

What if the outfit doesn’t fit perfectly?

We offer free alterations within 7 days of delivery if there are any fit issues. We’ve never had a client leave unsatisfied in 15 years.

Can you recreate a design from a photo?

Absolutely! Bring reference images (Pinterest, Instagram, magazine, anywhere), and we’ll recreate the design with your personalized modifications.

Do you handle alterations of ready-made clothes?

What is the 24-Hour Express Service?

Our express service delivers completed work within 24 hours for urgent needs:

Important: 24-hour countdown starts when we receive your fabric/garment during business hours.

What are the charges for Express Service?

Express service charges:

  • Regular price + 50% for 24-hour delivery
  • Regular price + 30% for 48-hour delivery

Example: Simple blouse (₹1,500) + Express charges (₹750) = ₹2,250 total

We’ll provide exact quote based on your requirements.

What is NOT available in Express Service?

Express service cannot accommodate:

  • Heavy embroidery work
  • Bridal outfits
  • Complex designer pieces
  • Garments requiring multiple fittings
  • Bulk orders
  • Custom embroidery designs

These require proper time for quality execution.

How do I book Express Service?
